Meet The Team

Hi! I'm Christine

I started my career as a developer and then found myself drawn to the planning process and transitioned to technical project management, where I spent over 15 years managing complex technical projects. You know, the ones with impossible timelines, competing stakeholders, and enough moving parts to make your head spin and plenty of scope creep to derail a perfectly good project plan.

I started my PM career using Microsoft Project, which means I know both its power and the deeply questionable joy of untangling a dependency chain at midnight. I was always looking for alternatives and enjoyed trying out the latest tools in the market so that I was able to use the right tool for the job at hand.

My background includes a BS in Engineering/Physics, MS in Computer Science, an MBA in Accounting, and a PMP.

One more thing: hot coffee only. Iced coffee is just a change request I will never approve.

Hi! I'm Kevin

I started my career in Marketing, where I worked on various Automation, Social Media, and website projects. I was drawn to the Marketing process and figuring out how to get projects through the finish line with various technologies and teams. I transitioned to Project Management because I realized it was a great opportunity to combine my passion for Marketing and Business Operations projects with problem-solving.

Since then, I have worked both in-house and at agencies, working on Business Process, Operations, and Marketing Projects. Something about helping smaller or startup teams find their way ( bridging the gap between strategy and execution) is simply energizing!

My educational background includes a BS in Business with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Operations.

Most Importantly: Iced Coffee is the ONLY change request I don't think twice about!
